We went to Karijini NP. It was gorgeous but… frustrating. I wanted to do the Hancock Gorge walk but you had to walk through water and I had no shoes for that. So we gave it a miss. Josh flew the drone over to get some better views though, it was lovely.

We went to the viewing platform for Joffre Gorge, watching these people climbing down what looked like a sheer rock wall. It was insane.

The road in and out was just hideous though. They had a grader starting on it, but a couple of months too late judging by the state of it!

We then drove to Fortescue Falls/Fern Pool where we went for a swim in the latter. It was nice, though there were fish so I was a little bit hesitant. I do NOT like fish in the water when I'm swimming!

Camped at a place in the rocks on the way to Port Hedland, off the main road. They have had rain here lately and everything is just so green and so red. It’s amazing. The sky that evening was also amazing!
